Sendsteps Return Policy?
Sendsteps offers a subscription service. To cancel the auto-renewal of a subscription, one can navigate to the Sendsteps Web App and select 'Billing' from the drop-down menu in the right upper corner. This will allow the user to turn off automatic renewal for the subscription/license.
Even after cancellation, the service can still be used until the end of the paid period.
In case of a refund request, it can be made within 14 days from the day of purchase. However, this is only possible when the interaction functionalities have not been used and no Sendsteps session has been hosted. The refund request can be sent to legal@sendsteps.com.
For any billing information, one can click on the dropdown menu in the top right corner in the Web app and then click on 'Billing'.

How To Open A Sendsteps Account?
